Develop, manage, and execute a growing and profitable market position working with the sales team for Pipeline Integrity Products (pigging products, closures & traps) & Services (in-line inspection and cleaning).
Senior Sales Representative Job in Dubai – Sales development (90%)
- Develops and executes sales action plans that deliver profitable growth in Indian Region for Pipeline Integrity products & services (PIPS), consistent with the accepted business plan, with emphasis on achieving the highest possible sales volume and margins,
- Meets annual sales budget by proactively identifying business possibilities, developing, negotiating and closing business deals with new or existing customers,
- Develops and maintains an ongoing, effective vital account program that provides management with measurable goals, objectives, strategies, tactics, plans, and other pertinent information on selected necessary account customers,
- Coordinates with concerned Tech Heads to identify and provides technical solutions to meet customer PIPS needs and maximize PIPS products capabilities and awareness,
- Finds, develops and manages new key accounts and builds relationships with customers in support of TDW overall sales efforts,
- Engages the outside sales team to develop, implement, and execute sales initiatives maximizing PIPS opportunities and provide technical assistance in coordination with Tech-Heads concerned to a specific region.
Market knowledge development & sharing (10%)
- Develops and maintains credible market intelligence of competition’s a product/service offerings, ensures the information is shared within the organization and suggests changes to keep a competitive position,
- Prepares all essential reports, forecasts, and other reports as requested by the management in a timely and accurate manner, with input from the sales team, representatives, and distributors.
